General Conditions of Sale

Purpose and form of contact

These terms govern the sale of watches by Timverse, MB through direct contact between the parties, without an automated e-commerce platform. Interested users may contact us through the selected channel to request information and finalize transaction details.

Contract language

The contract may be formalized in Spanish or English. For sales to consumers in Lithuania, a Lithuanian version will be provided.

Price and taxes

Prices quoted will include the VAT/Special VAT Scheme for Second-hand Goods, Works of Art, Collectors’ Items and Antiques (Speciali PVM schema naudotoms prekėms, meno kūriniams, kolekcinėms vertybėms ir antikvariniams daiktams in Lithuania) rate aplicable in Lithuania. The customer will be informed of the total price, including shipping costs, before closing the sale.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods will be indicated by email or direct message, and will include: 

  • SEPA bank transfer
  • Other methods agreed bilaterally

Delivery and shipping

The delivery time and shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer in advance. Secure international carriers will be used, and a tracking number will be provided.

Free shipping throughout the European Union with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 business days. For international shipments outside the EU, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days.

Nota: We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to the destination country.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to justify their decision. To exercise this right, they must send the withdrawal form (Annex 1) to info@timerversewatches.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with no signs of damage or wear. If stickers were attached at the time of purchase, the stickers must be intact at the time of return.

The item must be in the original box/packaging and include all shipping documentation, including warranty cards, warranty booklets, instructions, and labels.

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you of its receipt and conduct an inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund using the same purchase method used and will be processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Legal guarantee and condition of the watches

Pursuant to Art. 6.228⁶​ Lithuanian Civil Code and Directive (EUTM) 2019/771, new watches are covered by a statutory warranty of 2 years. Second-hand watches have a statutory warranty of 1 year, without prejudice to hidden defects.

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the consumer may resort to the EU’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Lithuanian law. However, the consumer may resort to the courts of his or her habitual residence.
